I grew up about 250 miles east of Angel Fire in Spearman, Texas and studied accounting at West Texas State University in Canyon.  Iworked at Mesa Petroleum Co. for 25 years where I was an accountant andcommodity trader.   In 2004, my wife, Rita, and I moved to Angel Fire where we’d had a vacation home for many years. Life in Angel Fire is a menu of activities – it can be business or family activities, meeting friends at the winery or relaxing with a good book on the deck.  The future of Angel Fire Resort and Village is at an exciting point. Development projects and a new village government are bringing opportunities and healthychanges.   My leisure time is filled with travel, family and motorcycle rides.

My Story

Words I claim are creative, trustworthy, knowledgeable.  I love the excitement of deal making and working with our rental and real estate clients.  Managing the office and seeing our busiest days end successfully fills me with pride.   “Getting the deal done.” That’s my passion.

Whether I’m working with my clients, my agents or their clients, the answer is Yes!  blob What I love about Angel Fire Mountain Rentals and RE/MAX Bella Tierra is the office enthusiasm and positive attitudes, collaborating with each other to give a client unexpected service, that ultimate detail to make a renter, buyer or seller completely satisfied.  blob I want to earn your trust, your loyalty and your friendship.  blob Introducing guests to the people and places that make Angel Fire unique is what excites me.  blob I have passion and energy for this business and this wonderful place.

Angel Fire has been my home since my family vacationed here in 1966. blob I graduated from Cimarron High School in 1980 with 11 other seniors. I experienced extreme culture shock coming from a class of 650 students in Oklahoma the year before! blob My parents taught me the value of volunteering especially in a young, small community like Angel Fire. I helped my parents arrange auctions to raise money for a new ambulance and assisted my father with research to get funding for the airport.

My Story

I earned my New Mexico real estate license in 1982 and was the youngest agent in the Angel Fire Real Estate office at just 20. I became Condominium Administrator and was in charge of selling the Ski Run Condo development. I left the area for a while and worked in the car business and still have a consulting company that takes me away a few days a month. blob My sister, Vicki, and I work as a team at RE/MAX Bella Tierra. blob We continue to operate the business my mother founded, Mountain Home Services, the oldest home care business in the valley. Family tradition in New Mexico and the Moreno Valley runs deep in my heart and soul. blob Sharing my knowledge of this beautiful area is one of the most rewarding things I get to do. blob When I’m not working you can generally find me fishing or taking in one of the valley’s great hiking trails. blob I look forward to working with you and helping you find your own piece of Heaven.

Ski vacations introduced us to Angel Fire in 1980. Living in New Orleans and spending winter vacations here made Angel Fire seem like a fantasy place. blob The weather, climate, the changing seasons, all are spectacular! And that says nothing of the sunrises, sunsets, rainbows and night skies.  blob Three days after Ole and I married we moved to Angel Fire (1984) and have been on our honeymoon ever since. We’ve raised 3 boys in the Valley. It’s a small community and they quickly learned there was nothing they could do that didn’t get back to us. blob Calvin graduated from Cimarron High School, Ryan was in the first graduating class from Moreno Valley Charter School in Angel Fire and Nicholas will graduate from Cimarron HS. Our family has grown up under the watchful eye of our GREAT dog, Nyla, who allows us to live with her. blob Just ask me about living here and raising a family here. I love this valley!

My Story

Prior to my real estate career (2005), I owned and operated a housekeeping business for 15 years. It is a new experience to see property from this side of the vacuum. blob In the winter of 2006 I added to my experience by becoming a property manager and now see the rental potential of each property I manage or sell. blob I can help you understand the potential of an investment property – nightly or monthly rentals – right down to the details of the paper supplies. Matching my rental clients with the perfect property is my strength and YES! Bring the dog or cat! blob We are a full service real estate company. We’ll greet you like family, help you move in, supervise home repairs, take care of your home while you’re not here, carefully manage rentals, and of course, clean up after you and your guests leave. blob I will see you as a person, not just a client or buyer. I’ll listen to your needs and locate the area that best suits you with enthusiasm, honesty and with the glass half full.
