Cleaning Fees
A $65 cleaning fee + applicable New Mexico GRT is added to each reservation for 1 to 5 bedroom condos. A $75 cleaning fee + applicable New Mexico GRT is added to each reservation for 1 to 4 bedroom houses. A $95 cleaning fee + applicable New Mexico GRT is added to each reservation for 5 and above bedroom houses.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and personal checks.
Change of Accomodations
$85.00 fee to change units with in 30 days of arrival during the Christmas and Spring Break period.
Cancellation Policy - Christmas & Spring Break
31 days or more prior to arrival, all of deposit but $50.00 + applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax will be refunded.
30 days or less prior to arrival forfeits two nights lodging
After May 31st, 2011 No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 31 days prior to scheduled arrival for reservations made during Christmas and Spring break season.
Cancellation Policy - All Other Times
15 days or more prior to arrival, all of deposit but $50.00 + applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax will be refunded
Within 15 days forfeits two nights.
After May 31st, 2011 No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 15 days prior to scheduled arrival for reservations.
